Mountain Dreamers is a nonprofit immigrant rights organization. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and advocate in order for immigrants and their allies to create systems that advance equity and social justice in our mountain communities. This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with all applicable United States federal and individual state data protection laws including without limitation, the Colorado Privacy Act. The collection of any and all personal data is for the internal use of Mountain Dreamer’s staff, members and/or approved volunteers for the purpose of Mountain Dreamer’s mission.

All collected information and data is confidential. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. Mountain Dreamers WILL NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Mountain Dreamers may use Every Action, Bonterra LLC, and Google Suite services for the purpose of internal data management, organizing, advocacy, and, direct services including but not limited to: mass sms/mms messaging and mass emailing.

Mountain Dreamers reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you (for example, by posting the Privacy Policy on our Services).
